That’s why we built Ghost-assistant. It's not just a keyword scanner; it actually engages with candidates, parses their CVs, and asks relevant follow-up questions to gauge their real expertise before a human ever steps in.
It's designed for fast-moving startups and agencies that need to hire efficiently without building a massive internal HR department.
