The problem. In most companies a forms starts as a Google Form, becomes a WhatsApp screenshot, and ends in a spreadsheet nobody trusts when an audit arrives. There's no reliable record of who approved what, when, and on what basis. We kept hitting this while running internal operations — so we built the tool we needed.
