Here's the problem I couldn't stop thinking about: people don't just Google anymore. They ask ChatGPT or Claude or Gemini "who's a good Xero bookkeeper for a small e-commerce business?" or "find me a senior DevOps engineer open to remote contracts." And most businesses and professionals are completely invisible to those questions not because they're not good but because nothing about them exists in a form an AI system can actually read, parse and cite.
GetFoundi is a directory built for that shift. You list once as a business or as a professional and we maintain a structured, machine-readable profile for you: llms.txt, schema.org and MCP artifacts, regenerated automatically every time you edit. The engine behind this is called "Beacon" and every publish runs a six-phase loop from structured fields through validation to publish and it structurally cannot publish a profile that fails validation. Your profile is always current and always parseable without you touching anything technical.
If you're a developer, DevOps/cloud engineer, data engineer or AI/ML engineer this launch is especially for you. The professional side works the other way around from a job board: you don't search. You create one structured profile and when a real role matches what you actually do, it finds you. Right now we're focused on roles from companies hiring in the US, UK and Belgium; that's where we're concentrating early efforts on the demand side. But the professional side is open to everyone, everywhere, wherever you're based just create a profile and you'll be matched the moment a role fits. It's free for professionals to list.
For businesses: Free gets you listed and machine-readable. Enhanced adds full structured profiles, document corpus, discovery information and AI Discovery Intelligence tracking. Verification and Featured Placement are separate add-ons if you want them. Connected arrives late 2026 and Talent in 2027 because we're shipping one tier at a time, on purpose, so each one is genuinely solid before the next opens.
