Hey Hunters 👋, here Saul Introducing: get-aboard - a tool to convert onboarding processes into interactive roadmaps! To give you some context: I'm a software developer since last 3 years, I've only worked for small/medium sized companies so far. In all my jobs, I’ve noticed teams generally don’t have well-defined development processes as in large companies (at least that is what some friends tell me). This is due to the agile culture involved on 1-10 devs teams. For new developers (as happened to me several times) who join the team, onboarding can be annoying. You should start to know the tools they use: Do they use Jira or Asana?, What tech stack should I install?, Do they use Github, Gitlab, etc?, What do they use to communicate, Slack or Google Meet? In short, many things to configure before being productive. That’s why I created get-aboard a tool to convert your onboarding process into roadmaps. - Drag and drop nodes (a type of ticket). - Edit the content of the node with an editor. - Share *securely* the roadmap with your team. - One time payment tool. - Continuous updates for-life. I'm happy to launch get-aboard on Product Hunt today. If you have any feedback/questions/suggestions, please let me know below! I'll be around in the next 48 hours to answer EVERYONE.

Congratulations on launching get-aboard! 🙌 It sounds like a great tool to streamline onboarding processes!

I have a suggestion it would be great if there were templates for different types of roles to speed up the setup even more.

Does anyone know if this integrates with Slack? We're looking to keep all our onboarding communications in one place.

Congrats on the launch! This tool looks like it will really help streamline our onboarding process. Well done!

I love the interactive roadmap feature! It makes onboarding so much clearer and more engaging for new team members.

This sounds like a game-changing tool for streamlining onboarding processes! The drag-and-drop feature and integrated editor make it so user-friendly. The ability to share roadmaps with the dev team is just awesome. Excited to see how get-aboard will revolutionize the onboarding experience! Great work! 🚀

get-aboard is a game-changer for streamlining the onboarding process! The drag-and-drop functionality, integrated editor, and secure sharing features make it incredibly easy to create and manage onboarding roadmaps. I love the focus on making the process less painful and more efficient for new team members. Looking forward to seeing future updates, especially the automation and template features. Congrats on the launch, Saul!

You address a cool challenge, onboarding is always a stress. Curious, what get-aboard do differently to make it better suited for onboarding than other interactive whiteboards or wireframing tools?

Interesting idea. I saw some onboarding processing when wireframing the app, it is not easy, when some people skip steps you need to insert the most crucial info the way they will catch everything (and understand it). Challenging mission. Wish you good luck :)

get-aboard seems like a great way to visualize the onboarding process! A clear roadmap can be so helpful for new hires. I'd love to learn more about the editor and how customizable the roadmaps are.

Hi Saul, How customizable are the roadmaps, and can they be adapted for different departments or roles within a company? Any plans to integrate with existing project management tools? Congrats on the launch!

This seems like an interesting launch. I would suggest you to improve your website as that would make your brand stand out and help you build authority.

Nice approach to onboarding. Have you considered making it interactive for the new employee to “fill in their own map”? Congrats on the launch 🚀
