Gesture Synth Lab is a free browser instrument you can play with one hand. Hold up 1–5 fingers to switch chords, move your hand up or down to shape the tone, and record a 15-second audio clip. Prefer not to use a webcam? Play with chord pads or number keys. Hand tracking and audio stay on your device, with no install or account needed.
I built Gesture Synth Lab to make music playful and immediate. You can open it in a browser, show 1–5 fingers to pick chords, and move your hand to shape the sound. If you prefer, use the pads or keyboard instead. Everything runs locally in your browser. I'd love to hear how the hand tracking feels and what sounds you'd like to try next.
