I made this as an unofficial remake after seeing a viral gesture-controlled music website. I’m still a beginner, so this was mainly an experiment in using AI coding tools to connect camera input, hand tracking, Web Audio, and deployment.
My initial cost was about RMB 230: roughly RMB 200 for AI coding credits and RMB 30 for the domain.
I’m curious whether a small free browser tool like this can eventually cover its domain and hosting costs with unobtrusive AdSense, pending approval. I’m not asking anyone to click ads. I’d mainly love feedback on:
- Is the camera permission flow clear?
- Does the gesture-to-sound interaction feel musical?
- Which browser and device did you try?
