I'm Johnny, maker of Geo-Tag-It.
I built this after watching real estate agents, photographers, and local SEO folks waste hours manually geotagging photos one at a time - or skip it entirely and lose Google Maps rankings to competitors who did the work.
Geo-Tag-It lets you bulk geotag hundreds of photos in minutes. Drag and drop, pick a location (or let AI detect it), download. Everything runs 100% in your browser - your photos never touch a server. That last part mattered a lot to me. I didn't want to build another tool that silently uploads people's files somewhere sketchy.
Three workflows it's built for:
- Real estate agents - geotag listing photos before Google Business Profile uploads for better local visibility
- Photographers - bulk-tag entire shoots by syncing GPX tracks from Strava, Garmin, or DJI drones
- SEO agencies - embed GPS data into client photos to outrank local competitors on Google Maps
Also included free: EXIF Data Viewer, Reverse Photo Location Lookup (find where any photo was taken, even without GPS), Image Resizer, and EXIF/GPS Remover.
