Hey Product Hunt 👋 Justin here, Founder of Gatekeep. Quick question: how does a founder with no network actually get in front of Sequoia? Cold email goes to a folder named "inbound." Warm intros are a members-only door. For most founders on earth, the honest answer is: you don't. Gatekeep is the side door. We built AI personas of 36 top VCs, trained on each investor's public talks, writing, and portfolio, and turned pitching them into something between a boss fight and a partner meeting. You get 30 minutes on the clock. They counter your numbers and combo your weak points. Then you get a score screen: 12 stats, every hit you took, and exactly how to level up. Here's the part that makes it more than a game: the score travels. Every Founder challenge becomes a report that is then surfaced directly to VC funds on the platform — a shot at the call you couldn't cold-email your way into. And funds get something they've never had: a scored report on every pitch at their gate, pass or fail. The winners rise to the top; the rest become a live map of who's building toward their thesis. (Full transparency: personas are clearly-labeled AI simulations built from public material and can also be claimed and tweaked by the investors themselves, funds opt in to receive reports, and founders see exactly what gets shared before they play.) It's 2 free credits for all right now with no credit card needed, $5 per challenge run, $20/mo for the arcade pass, and $3 to CONTINUE instead of waiting out the 7-day respawn. Two things I'd love from this community: which boss should we add next, and — for the competitive ones — post your score card in the thread. Highest verified run today gets bragging rights and my genuine respect.

the part I'd want clarity on before trying this: if a fund opts in and later sees my score report, does a bad run follow me if I ever land a real warm intro to that same partner down the line, or is the challenge kept separate from whatever real deal history they already have on me? scored feedback that helps me improve is genuinely useful, but a scored paper trail sitting in front of the person deciding whether to take my call is a different product, and founders would want to know which one they're signing up for before they play.

I like that you're training founders against how investors actually think instead of just helping them generate better pitches.

As AI makes pitch writing easier, I think fundraising becomes less about producing polished decks and more about discovering where an investor's reasoning actually breaks.

Helping founders find those objections before the meeting feels like the more durable advantage.

Just tried it. Love the UX to just jump in and start pitching the vc’s. Super useful for my next startup :)

Solid take pitching to a persona that actually mimics a partner's style feels weirdly close to the real thing, and the scoring feedback was sharper than I expected.

Would love to see a follow-up tracker that shows how your pitch scores evolve over time across different VCs, kind of like a progress dashboard so you know which gaps to work on before the next attempt.

Tried pitching to a few VC personas and the feedback felt surprisingly specific, almost like they were calling out exact phrases I overuse. The chat experience makes it easy to iterate quickly without booking a real call.

Tested it with a pitch on a fintech idea and the feedback from the simulated partner actually caught a real gap in my market sizing slide. Surprised how pointed the questions felt, way sharper than the usual chatbot fluff.

Spent a few minutes pitching to a persona trained on a partner I actually know, and the follow up questions were sharper than I expected. Useful feedback loop for tightening the deck before real meetings.
