You add your resume and choose a target role. The app identifies potential skill gaps and builds a personal 12-week plan, with short interactive exercises, workplace scenarios and practice reviews.
We're starting with working professionals in tech and knowledge work. I'd especially like feedback from engineers moving toward lead roles and people preparing for a career-development conversation.
The app is available on iPhone. There is a free tier and a seven-day Pro trial with no card required to start. Continuing with Pro requires choosing a paid subscription.
