Estoy construyendo Gantry para un problema concreto: atender por WhatsApp a los clientes de un proveedor de internet requiere conocer su servicio, sus pagos y sus conversaciones anteriores.
Gantry conecta un agente de IA con el sistema de gestión del operador para responder consultas de soporte, cobranza e instalaciones con el contexto de cada abonado: su plan, deuda e historial.
Estamos abriendo un piloto para ISPs y WISPs de Perú y Latinoamérica. Busco operadores que quieran probarlo y compartir qué funciona y qué necesitamos mejorar.
