Fyltre
The first unified inbox that reads all your others
Fyltre brings Gmail, Outlook, Slack and Microsoft Teams into one inbox. AI reads every incoming message and sorts it: needs a reply, a lead, a calendar item, or noise you never see. Each morning you get a briefing of what actually needs you. Replies are drafted in your voice. Fyltre also tracks commitments: what you promised, who owes you an answer, and it writes the follow-up when someone goes quiet. It even connects the same conversation across email and Slack. More channels on request.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Dev, founder of Fyltre.
Here's the problem I built this for. If you work with more than a few people, your messages don't live in one place. Clients email you on Gmail or Outlook. Your team pings you on Slack or Teams. The same conversation often jumps between them: someone emails you an ask, then nudges you on Slack about the same thing three days later. No tool treats those as one conversation. You do that stitching in your head, every day.
So here's what Fyltre actually does:
1. One inbox for Gmail, Outlook, Slack and Microsoft Teams. You connect your accounts and everything arrives in a single stream. If you need another channel, tell us and we add it. That's not a marketing line, we build connectors on request.
2. AI triage on every message before you see it. Each incoming message is classified: needs a reply, a sales lead, a meeting or calendar item, a newsletter, an automated notification, pure noise. The noise never reaches your attention. You can set your own rules and VIP contacts too, so a message from your biggest client never sits behind 40 notifications.
3. A morning briefing. Instead of opening four apps and scrolling, you open Fyltre and read a short summary: these 6 messages need you today, here's why, here's what each one is about. Long threads come pre-summarised so you don't re-read 30 messages to catch up.
4. Reply drafts in your voice. Every conversation that needs an answer comes with a draft already written, based on the thread's context. You edit and send, or ignore it and write your own.
5. A commitments ledger, both directions. Fyltre keeps a running list of what you promised people and what people owe you. When someone hasn't replied to something you're waiting on, it flags it and drafts the chase message for you.
6. Cross-channel stitching. When the same ask shows up in an email and a Slack message, Fyltre links them so you see the full picture in one place instead of answering the same thing twice.

Who hunted Fyltre?
Fyltre was hunted by Dev Vyas. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
