Hi everyone, I'm David, the maker of Fyka Retro. I built it because the retro tools I came across were either too complicated or too expensive. A retro should take a link and a few minutes of setup, not a sign-up form for the whole team. How it works: 1. Pick a template (Mad/Sad/Glad, Start/Stop/Continue, Liked/Learnt/Lacked) or set up your own columns 2. Share the link or QR code. People pick a name and they're in 3. Everyone writes at the same time. Cards stay hidden until the reveal, so nobody follows the first opinion 4. Vote on what's worth talking about, with a shared timer to keep things moving 5. Agree on action points and copy them when you're done Nothing is stored. Cards, votes and action points only exist while the session runs, and they're gone once the last person leaves. There's no participant limit and no paid tier. Fyka Retro is the sister app of Fyka Votes, the planning poker tool and of Fyka Notes. I'd love to hear how your team runs its retros, and what you'd want added.
