Fuse came from a frustration anyone in the UK knows: whatever network you're on, there's always somewhere it doesn't work — the train through a cutting, the basement office, the village where signal just dies. Switch networks and you only trade one set of dead zones for another. The "best" network depends entirely on where you're standing.
So we built Fuse around a simple idea: don't tie yourself to one network at all. Fuse is a data-only eSIM that connects to all four UK networks EE, Three, Vodafone and O₂ — and automatically switches to whichever has the strongest signal where you are. Same number, no second app, no contract. You just notice "no signal" happens far less.
The hard part wasn't the concept — it was the plumbing: agreements across all four networks, making the switching invisible so calls and data
hold through a handover, and turning setup into a 90-second QR scan instead of a SIM in the post.
