I'm Jun, the maker of Fur Baby Companion. I built this app for one simple reason: the "1 pet year = 7 human years" rule is wrong.
A 1-year-old Chihuahua is roughly 15 in human years. A 1-year-old Great Dane? About 17. By age 5, that gap widens dramatically. Most pet apps use rough estimates — I wanted to build one that uses actual veterinary science.
A few things I'm proud of:
• Age conversion based on guidelines from 6 veterinary associations (AVMA, AAFP/AAHA, ARBA, ASMVP, AAV, AFA)
• 9 species supported — from dogs (4 sizes!) to reptiles

This is a labor of love. I have two fur babies of my own (a dog named Dodger and a cat named Coco), and this app helps me cherish every day with them.
