I built this after seeing how generative AI was actually worsening learning poverty for the 260 million K-12 students across Tier-2 and Tier-3 India. Mainstream tools operate as "cheating engines"—spoon-feeding direct answers to homework and destroying critical thinking. At the same time, teachers in affordable private schools are burning out, spending over 40% of their operational hours manually grading paper assignments. We wanted to build an un-cheatable AI.
Initially, we thought we could just wrap existing LLM APIs. We quickly realized two things: cloud inference costs would destroy our ability to offer hyper-affordable pricing to vernacular students, and standard models required high-speed internet.
Today, FullStack AI provides step-by-step Socratic hints in regional languages (like Hindi) and automates rubric-based grading for schools.
