For the past two years, I have been utilizing Freshsales as my CRM of choice. Although I have previously used other CRMs such as Zoho and Hubspot, I found them to be unwieldy and costly. I've been using Freshsales CRM for the past 3 years and it helps my business and manage their sales processes effectively. Here are my top pros I've experienced in my tenure with the CRM.
1. Intuitive Interface: Freshsales has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy for users to navigate and use the software without any hassle.
2. Lead Management: Freshsales allows users to manage leads effectively by organizing them into different stages of the sales pipeline, assigning tasks, and scheduling follow-up reminders.
3. Contact Management: With Freshsales, users can easily manage all their contacts in one place, view their interactions, and keep track of communication history.
4. Sales Reporting: Freshsales offers customizable reports that provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and team productivity. The in-house Analytics feature available in the Freshsales CRM platform is out of the world.
