I’m Philippe, maker of freebooking.fr — a simple property-management tool for independent hosts who rent vacation homes, gîtes, bed & breakfasts, or year-round furnished lets.
I built it for owners who need day-to-day admin without buying a full hotel stack or a channel manager:

Important: freebooking.fr is NOT a channel manager. It does not sync calendars or listings with Airbnb, Booking.com, or other OTAs. It’s for hosts who manage bookings and paperwork themselves — especially contracts, receipts, and local tourist tax.
