I got frustrated with online IQ tests that were either full of ads,
hidden paywalls, or had no scientific basis whatsoever.
So I built one from scratch using actual psychometric standards:
- Raven's Progressive Matrices (the gold standard since 1936)
- CHC Theory framework
- Proper normal distribution scoring with error function percentiles
The hardest part was calibrating difficulty across 9 languages while
maintaining statistical validity. Each language version had to feel
natural, not just translated.
Would love feedback from anyone who takes it — especially curious
whether the domain breakdown (sequence, matrix, spatial, logic)
feels balanced or if one area feels too easy/hard.
