Every contract runs on milestone escrow. The client funds a milestone before work starts, the freelancer can see the money is committed, and it releases on approval. Payouts settle in USDC on Polygon, so getting paid doesn't depend on an international wire clearing.
There's also an affiliate programme, AI credits for drafting proposals and project specs, and a learning hub for people new to stablecoins who don't want a lecture about blockchain.
