Frank didn't start in a strategy meeting or after a funding round. It started in a basement at work after the end of a messy relationship. I looked at the data around modern dating, and it was pretty grim—but more than that, I realized we've just universally accepted that treating people like disposable profiles is "normal."
Legacy apps scale ghosting because there's zero cost to doing it. You can match with fifty people in an evening, so accountability becomes entirely optional.
