Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Paulina, founder of Frame Decisions.
I built Frame Decisions after seeing how much time teams can spend evaluating vendors, solutions and implementation plans before anyone has properly structured the decision itself.
Too often, teams jump straight to solutions. But the more important question often comes earlier: have we structured the decision well enough to know what problem we’re actually solving, what constraints matter, and whether the organization is ready to support the investment?
Frame Decisions is designed to address that gap. It helps teams structure the decision, translate it into analytical and technology requirements, pressure-test readiness, compare realistic alternatives and turn that reasoning into a Business Case Brief.
It doesn’t make the decision for you. It structures the decision before you fund it. For consultants and internal teams, that means a clearer, more defensible rationale to put in front of stakeholders, while the people accountable for the decision make the call with greater confidence.
For this launch, I built a guided interactive demo around a real question: should we buy or build an AI customer support assistant, or fix support operations first?
I’d genuinely love feedback from this community: what do you think is the most common upstream reason AI initiatives fail before they ever reach execution: poor framing, readiness gaps, misalignment, or something else?
That upstream problem is what I’m trying to solve with Frame Decisions.
Thank you for taking a look.
