Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I built fralsare-daily because I was tired of news apps that want an account,
an API key, or a subscription before I see a single headline. This one just
works: public RSS feeds, five fixed topics, full articles in a sanitized
in-app reader.
The fun engineering bit: the Rust backend fetches and sanitizes the HTML
(two layers), extracts just the article body, and the frontend is vanilla
TypeScript — the whole binary is ~15–20 MB.
It's MIT-licensed and CI-built for Windows + Linux. Feedback on topics/feeds
