Foxpull
Describe the data you need. We crawl it. You get a sheet.
Point Foxpull at any page and watch it pull the data live — free, no signup. It shows the exact columns it would collect, prices the job from what your site actually costs to crawl, and delivers to Excel/Sheets on a schedule. You can even name your own price.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built Foxpull for people who need data from websites but don't want to learn what a scraper is.
The idea: you shouldn't have to specify a job you can't specify. So the homepage just asks "what data do you need?" — you click a sample or paste any link, and a real crawl runs in front of you (free, no signup). Then it reads your page and proposes the exact spreadsheet columns it would collect, with example values taken off your page — and quotes a fixed price.
Two things I think are genuinely different:
1. The price is measured, not guessed. The demo crawl runs on the same escalation ladder as a paid job (plain fetch → premium networks → real browser). We record what your page actually cost to fetch, and the quote is computed from that. A site that fights back costs more than one that doesn't — pretending otherwise is how scraping services lose money and then quietly drop your job.
2. You can name your own price. If our number isn't yours, type what it's worth to you. If it covers the measured cost, the system takes it on the spot. If it doesn't, it tells you why and what to change (fewer pages, slower refresh) — not "contact sales".
Under the hood for the technical crowd: the same engine is an API (schema-driven extraction, proxy waterfall, browser escalation), and the whole stack self-hosts on a standard Ubuntu box — Python + Postgres, no containers.
Honest limits: public pages only, robots.txt honored by default, and the free demo reads one page once — the paid runs crawl the full list and a person checks every delivery before it goes out.
I'd love to know: did the demo make sense to you without reading anything? That's the bar I've been building against. Brutal feedback welcome — I'll be here all day.

Who hunted Foxpull?
Foxpull was hunted by duc vo. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
