Wasn't sure what to expect since I figured this would vary a lot and be quite personal, but after giving it a shot it seems like a useful benchmark! I clicked through to the original spreadsheet as well, which helped since it included SF.
I've always thought founders' comp is a weird situation because it tends to be need-based (take the min you can, but if you have kids, you're gonna need more). So it's quite different from normal comp. Curious, what principles would you add to thinking about it?
