Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Hossein, the maker of FormXen.
I built it because "every AI form generator I tried gave me a draft I then had to rebuild in another tool".
How it works: describe the form you need in plain language, and FormXen drafts the fields and layout. Then you edit it visually (logic, multi-step wizards, quizzes, payments, webhooks), invite teammates with roles, and collect responses. You can export each response as a PDF, or download all responses as CSV or Excel.
It also supports English and Persian side by side, including right-to-left layout.
The Free plan gives you 3 forms, 2 AI-generated forms and 100 submissions, and doesn't ask for a card.
I'd love feedback on what the AI got wrong for your use case. Try a prompt and tell me what came out. I'm here all day to answer questions.
