I'm Łukasz, maker of FormTo.
I built FormTo because I kept hitting the same wall on every side project, I'd design a landing page in an afternoon, and then spend another day wiring up a backend just to collect emails from a contact form. Spin up a server, handle CORS, fight spam, set up SMTP, store submissions somewhere. For a form.
Existing tools felt either too expensive for a solo dev or too locked-in for my taste. So I built the one I wanted.
What FormTo does:

No JavaScript library required (but we have one if you want it)
