Formstate started because I kept noticing the same thing, real estate companies building really impressive properties, but their branding and marketing materials just didn't match that.
The designs looked rushed. Things were inconsistent. The visuals didn't communicate the kind of trust and quality these firms were actually delivering. And in real estate, especially at the luxury and investment level, how you look really does affect how people perceive you — and whether they take you seriously.
So I built Formstate to fix that. Not as a regular agency. More like a dedicated design partner you can rely on month to month — without the hassle of hiring someone full-time or chasing multiple freelancers.
