Tired of your website forms getting hammered by spam? I was too! That's why I built FormSanitizer - the simple solution that finally stopped the endless junk. It's the easy way to reclaim your inbox and focus on real submissions.
I'm Caleb, and I'm thrilled to introduce FormSanitizer! Like many of you, I've been getting very tired and annoyed with getting a lot of spammy form submissions, wishing for a simple and cheap solution. That's why I decided to build FormSanitizer - a straightforward way to finally put an end to the spammy noise.
I've focused on making it incredibly easy to integrate with your code and packed in features like custom filters and random string detection to catch even the trickiest spam bots.
Has anyone else here struggled with form spam? What are some of the biggest headaches you've faced? I'd love to hear your experiences and answer any questions you have about FormSanitizer! Let's chat! 😊
This looks awesome, do you know if it will work with Fluent Forms?
I wish every form creator gets so many views and submissions that preventing spam becomes a problem—a good problem to solve. Forms hosted on Hubspot prevent certain public email providers from signing up when enabled but this can be bypassed by using fake domains etc. Can FormSanitizer help with that? It would be a hard to set a pattern for it.
Nice!
Also I know about another problem where site owners pay for ads but get fake leads who fill and submit the forms. In our country competitor of particular site can buy that "service" and as a result you will be bombed with fake requests. The problem is that this fake submissions can affect price of your ad. As I know there is still no strong solution for this.
At first I read FoamSanitizer and I really thought I opened some other website XD
Anyway, cool product, @lublub! Congratulations on the launch!
really cool. upvoted. good luck with the launch, @lublub
Congrats on launching FormSanitizer! While the anti-spam solution sounds promising, how does it handle sophisticated bots that mimic human behavior patterns to avoid false positives?
FormSanitizer feels like one of those quiet essentials that saves tons of time and headaches. Love how it keeps things simple while tackling such a persistent issue.
Congrats on the launch, Caleb! The random string detection sounds especially clever and feels like a smart way to catch the weirder edge cases that typical spam filters often miss.
