I’m the founder of Formo Automations, and I built it because I kept seeing the same problem with e-commerce: as a store grows, customer support can become flooded with repetitive questions like “Where is my order?”, “Has it shipped?”, and “What’s your return policy?”
I wanted to build something that could handle those conversations automatically, but without the usual problem of AI making things up or giving customers incorrect information.
That led me to build Formo Automations specifically around Shopify, with access to real order data, configurable policies, and safeguards designed to prevent things like invented tracking numbers or unauthorised actions.
This is my first time launching Formo on Product Hunt, so I’d genuinely love to hear what you think.
