La plateforme réunit dans un seul outil tout ce qu'un organisme doit piloter au quotidien : catalogue et sessions, inscriptions et apprenants, CRM commercial, génération automatique des documents (convention, convocation, émargement, attestation), signature électronique, e-learning et portail apprenant.
Formiva a été pensé pour répondre à l'enjeu n°1 des organismes : la conformité Qualiopi. Le logiciel suit les indicateurs du Référentiel National Qualité, centralise les preuves et prépare l'audit sans jonglage de fichiers Excel. Un assistant IA aide à rédiger et structurer les contenus pédagogiques et commerciaux.
Accessible dès un plan gratuit et sans carte bancaire, Formiva permet de démarrer en quelques minutes puis de monter en puissance. L'outil s'adresse aussi bien au formateur qui se lance qu'au centre établi qui veut remplacer ses tableurs et automatiser sa gestion.
Édité en France et hébergé dans l'Union européenne (RGPD), Formiva a été fondé en 2024 par Maxime Pelerin, également fondateur du cabinet Certiforma, spécialisé dans l'accompagnement à la certification Qualiopi.
