We are excited to launch FormDB today.
FormDB started from a simple frustration: contact forms are everywhere, but handling submissions still feels messy.
Most teams receive leads through forms, then manually push data into spreadsheets, CRMs, Slack, email, or custom workflows. It’s repetitive, slow, and easy to break.
We built FormDB to make forms developer-friendly and workflow-ready.
With FormDB, you can:

• Store and manage responses in one place
• Connect them to your existing workflow instantly
But here’s something interesting we noticed while talking to users: many agencies use FormDB for much more than contact forms.
They embed support widgets, bug report tools, and client feedback systems directly inside websites. Instead of scattered feedback across WhatsApp, Slack, or meetings, everything comes through one structured pipeline.
That was a surprising use case for us.
We’re still early and actively learning.
