I built FormCoach because bad form is the #1 reason people get hurt or plateau in the gym — and a personal trainer costs $60+/session. I wanted that "fix your knees" feedback for everyone, without sending workout videos to a server.
How it works

- 🔢 Every set gets a 0–100 form score, so you can actually track if you're improving
