Marketing Agencies have access to 10s and 100s of Social media accounts.
But clients dont know its saved in google sheets.
We have been working closely with marketing agencies for a while now, helping them with operations and scaling with draftroom.works
Recently a founder said they vibe-coded a app to safely store the accounts and passwords of their clients.
He still was not sure if it was safe.
I went back office and texted/called almost all the agency founders i have talked past 6 months and realised its a valid issue.
Almost everyone is using Google Sheets, or Google Docs or Whatsapp chat to store the client credentials.
Some even dont store, just do save-password on their browser.
I asked if their clients knew how their credentials are stored
And everyone did a 🤐 or a 😬 .
So we spend some time last week in building and designing a secure password vault.
Its called Forgot* Password.
