ForgePlug
Free digital business cards β no paywalls, no data upload
Hi all β maker here π I kept hitting the same wall with "free" business card tools: paywalled fields, or my contact info stored on their servers "for sync." That felt backwards for something this personal. So everything here runs 100% in your browser β 16 themes, vCard export, QR codes β nothing uploaded, no account. Happy to answer anything about the theme system, vCard/QR setup, or what's next!
Hi everyone β maker here π
Quick context: I'm building ForgePlug, a growing collection of free, private, browser-based tools (70+ so far β PDF, image, dev, finance, business tools). This business card studio is one of the flagship ones in the Networking/Business category.
The frustration that sparked it was real β I went looking for a simple digital business card and every option I tried either gated basic customization behind a subscription or wanted my contact info stored on their servers to "enable sync." For something as personal as a business card, that felt backwards.
Everything here β the 16 themes, QR generation, vCard export, print files β runs entirely client-side. Nothing is ever uploaded, no account needed.
Happy to answer anything about the theme system, the vCard/QR implementation, or what's coming next (thinking about a shared-team-card mode for small businesses).
