I'm Marco, the founder of Followo.
Honestly, Followo started because I got tired of updating CRMs.
After a meeting, a call, a networking event, or even a quick chat with a prospect, I'd end up with notes scattered everywhere. Some in email, some in WhatsApp, some in my phone, some in my head.
And then came the annoying part: "Update the CRM."
Most of the time I either postponed it or completely forgot.
The funny thing is that many deals aren't lost because the salesperson is bad. They're lost because nobody followed up at the right time.
So I started asking myself:
Why can't I just speak for 15 seconds and let the CRM do the rest?
That became the first version of Followo.
Today I can say something like:
"Had a call with John from ABC. Send him a proposal on Friday and follow up next Tuesday."
Followo creates or updates the lead, extracts details, suggests tasks and keeps the next action moving.
Over the last months we've shown Followo to more than 100 people across agencies, recruitment, consulting, real estate and sales teams.
One thing almost everyone told us was:
