Very interesting! Do I understand correctly that you’ve integrated AI and now some routine tasks can be automated? What about importing data from HubSpot or other platforms?
CRMs really prove their value when they reduce coordination overhead without hiding important context. We’ve seen similar patterns where proactive systems work best once reliability and state are handled well—something we think about a lot while building GTWY.
Congrats on the launch! The idea of a CRM that’s proactive instead of reactive really stands out, especially assistants that handle research, recaps, and follow-ups without constant manual input. I’m curious how much control users have over the assistants’ behavior, for example, can you fine-tune how aggressive follow-ups are or what sources the research assistant prioritizes as your relationships evolve?
Personally I'd love to see more around influencer spend for social media collabs--reaching out is great but I'd rather focus my reach outs on targets most inclined to spend money with me

Most CRMs are shipping copilots that can summarize or answer questions—what are the concrete tasks folk Assistants can reliably do end-to-end (e.g., detect follow-ups, enrich, draft, trigger workflows) that others typically fail at, and what would make a team switch rather than just add another AI layer on top of their existing CRM?
Capturing context automatically instead of relying on manual updates feels like the right shift for CRMs.
Curious how folk decides what context is important enough to act on versus just store?
Congrats on the launch 👍 nice app. Automation is the future. However in the planned features that are labeled coming soon, I believe you could hint the users what features are coming. Not totally revealing the feature, just a hint.
