Focus Quadrant is an opinionated task manager built around the Eisenhower Matrix. Drag tasks into four quadrants (Do, Plan, Delegate, or Drop) to force a real prioritization decision. AI-powered suggestions help you place tasks faster. A built-in Pomodoro focus mode keeps you in deep work. Focus Quadrant was built for people who already know what the Eisenhower Matrix is and want a tool that actually enforces it, not one that adds it as a widget.

Building strictly around the Eisenhower Matrix instead of layering it on top is a bold choice. Makes it feel more like a system than a feature.
What made you go all in on that?
I recnetly learned what the Eisenhower Matrix was and though it'd be a great tool for everyday life. However, I never made it beyond thinking that to myself. This seems like a great tool that's easy to use and once you start using it, I'm sure your productivity will go up.
This is also a great tool to Manager's who need to start delegating more. I know I'm guilty of trying to do everything instead of relying on others. I'll definitely give this a try!
I've been checking out a lot of the launches that are happening today, and this one is probably the one that I'm going to actually end up using. I currently just draw two lines on a piece of paper, draw the Eisenhower Matrix, and handwrite the entire thing. I have about six notebooks that I've gone through this year just for the Eisenhower Matrix. Excited to give this a shot.
