FocusMe is a native iOS app that blocks distracting apps and websites - built entirely on Apple's Screen Time API. Set instant or scheduled blocks, daily app limits, and a Strict Mode that can't be bypassed when you need real focus. Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Alex, an indie iOS developer from Germany. I built FocusMe because I had the same problem everyone has - picking up my phone "for a second" and losing an hour.
I tried the popular blockers, but most were either easy to ignore or wanted $100/year. So I built the one I actually wanted: a native iPhone app, with a Strict Mode that genuinely holds, app limits, schedules, and a shield screen that makes you pause before doomscrolling.
I'd love your honest feedback, especially on what would make Strict Mode stick for you. Happy to answer anything.

Who hunted FocusMe?
FocusMe was hunted by Alex. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
