Smart scheduling that offers the right times, not all of them. Each service carries its own duration, availability and team members, and you choose how slots appear: show everything, earliest first, latest first, or lead with your priority hours. One booking link for the whole team, and every appointment becomes a CRM contact. Open it from anywhere — a landing page, a funnel step, an email, or an AI ag ent — all pointing to the same calendar.

We kept watching the same thing happen inside FlyB: someone would publish a beautiful page, run a campaign, get the lead, and then lose the deal in the handoff. The visitor was ready to book, and the page sent them to a third-party calendar on another domain, with another brand, another login, and no memory of who they were. The moment of highest intent was also the moment we handed the customer to a tool we didn't control. Scheduling is usually treated as a widget. We think it's a step in the funnel. So Smart Scheduling is native to the whole platform. The same calendar can be opened from a landing page, a funnel step, an email campaign, or an AI agent, and it's always the same availability behind it. Each service defines its own duration, availability and team members, so what a visitor sees depends on what they picked. And you decide how slots are presented: show everything, earliest first, latest first, or lead with your priority hours. Every booking syncs with Google Calendar and creates or updates a contact in the CRM, which means the appointment can trigger reminders, follow-ups and automations on its own. No zaps, no exports, no second tool. And because the calendar is part of the funnel, it shows up in the same reports as everything else — you can see how many visits turned into bookings, which channel they came from, and where they land in the funnel. No separate dashboard to check. We started out building a booking page. Halfway through, we realized we were building the wrong thing. The first version showed every open slot in chronological order, which is what every calendar tool does. It looked fair and it performed badly. A wide-open calendar reads as "nobody books here", and it scatters appointments across the week in a way that destroys your focus time. That's where the four display rules came from: they exist so you can shape demand instead of just exposing it. Priority hours first is the one we didn't plan and now use the most, because it quietly fills the gaps you actually want filled. The other shift was giving up on the idea of a booking page. Once the AI agent needed to offer times mid-conversation, the calendar had to stop being a destination and become something any surface could call. That rewrite is what made the rest of it click. Would love to hear how you handle scheduling today, and what breaks. We're around in the comments all day

Who hunted FlyB?

FlyB was hunted by Flyb Digital Solutions. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
