FlutterInit
The scaffolding engine for production-ready Flutter apps
Every Flutter project starts the same way: two hours of setup before you write a single line of real code. Folder structure, state management wiring, routing config, backend initialization, repetitive work that leads to "I'll fix the architecture later." You won't. FlutterInit forces the decision upfront. Pick your stack, generate your project, open it pre-wired and ready to ship features immediately.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Arjun, the builder behind FlutterInit. I started this because I was tired of spending the first two hours of every Flutter project on the same setup: folder structure, state management wiring, routing config, backend initialization. It's not hard work, it's just repetitive and it's the kind of thing that leads to "I'll fix the architecture later" (you won't).
FlutterInit forces that decision upfront. You pick your full stack once, the engine generates your entire project structure, and you open it already wired up and ready to write features.
A few things I'm especially proud of:
→ The templating is Handlebars.js, not AI generation. Predictable output, every time.
→ It generates AI context files (AGENTS.md, .cursor rules) alongside your project, so your AI coding tools understand your architecture immediately.
→ The CLI is in progress, right now the web dashboard handles config, and it's fast.
It's fully open-source. Would love your feedback, especially if you hit friction anywhere in the flow. What would you want configured for you that isn't there yet?
