Hi everyone 👋
I built Flowtime because I found myself spending more time configuring productivity tools than actually using them.
Over the years I tried countless focus timers, Pomodoro apps, and time trackers. Many were powerful, but they often required accounts, onboarding, subscriptions, cloud sync, or extensive setup before I could simply start working.
I wanted something different: open the app, press start, and focus.
That idea became Flowtime. A minimal focus timer and time tracker that combines a standard timer, Pomodoro sessions, and Flow Sessions while keeping everything simple and local-first.
One of the most important decisions was to avoid mandatory accounts and keep user data on the device. Privacy, simplicity, and speed became the guiding principles throughout development.
Flowtime is built with Flutter by a solo developer, and many of the current features came directly from feedback during development.
