Unlike generic fitness or period-tracking apps, it adapts gym workouts to each user’s cycle, symptoms, sleep, soreness, energy and motivation. It helps women know when to push, modify or recover, and gives real-time adjustments for weight, reps, exercises and intensity with clear “why” explanations.
We started building FlowState AI after noticing a simple but overlooked problem: women’s training performance is not the same every day, yet most fitness apps treat it like it is.
Energy, strength, motivation, soreness, mood, sleep and cycle symptoms can all change how a workout feels. But when that happens, women are often left guessing: should I push, reduce weight, change exercises, or recover?
FlowState AI is built to answer that question. It helps women adapt gym workouts to their cycle, recovery and daily well-being, while explaining why each recommendation is made.
