I built Flow Watch because Apple Watch collects a lot of valuable health data, but it isn’t always easy to turn those numbers into meaningful insights.
Flow Watch combines heart rate, HRV, sleep, activity, and recovery into simple stress and wellness insights that are easy to understand at a glance.
This is my first App Store app, and I built it entirely on my own—from design to development and release. I’m continuously improving it based on user feedback, so I’d love to hear your thoughts, suggestions, or feature requests.
Thanks for checking out Flow Watch, and I hope you find it useful! 🚀
