I’m Surajit, founder of FleetPing.
I built FleetPing after seeing how messy vehicle inspections can get for small fleet operators. Drivers already report issues on WhatsApp, but photos, notes, receipts, and urgent problems often get buried in chat threads.
FleetPing turns that familiar WhatsApp workflow into structured inspection reports. Drivers can complete inspections, upload evidence, and report issues without downloading another app. Fleet managers get instant alerts when something urgent needs attention and can review the full report later in the dashboard.
I’m launching early because I’d love feedback from fleet owners, operators, logistics teams, and anyone who has dealt with vehicle inspections or driver reporting.
