I built Flatren out of a personal need to bring everything into one centralized, structured place.
How can Flatren help you:
* Keep a shared record of costs and payments between landlords and tenants.
* A simple system for payments (request → marked as paid → confirmed).
* Attach photos, receipts, and other files in one dedicated spot.
* Keep records of meter readings, property conditions, inspections, and reminders.
Full disclosure, Flatren doesn't process the actual money. You still make payments through your normal apps or with cash, but use Flatren as the coordination layer to keep a clean record of it all.
* The app is completely free with all features for a single active lease contract - A Pro subscription is available for managing multiple leases
* The platform is highly flexible: you can use it solo or in tandem, and act as a landlord, a tenant, or both from the exact same account.
* It is currently available on iOS, and you can join the Android waitlist on our website.
Would love to see a built-in maintenance request feature where tenants can submit issues with photos and landlords can track the status. Right now it seems focused only on payments, but combining rent collection and repair tracking in one place would make it a true all-in-one tool for landlords like me.
