I built FlagUp after watching SaaS teams lose users they could have saved. Not because they didn't care, but because they never had the right signal at the right time.
Feedback was scattered across Slack, emails, and support tickets. Warning signs were invisible. And by the time something felt wrong, the decision to leave had already been made.
FlagUp fixes that. One place to collect feedback, deduplicate it, analyze sentiment, and surface retention signals so you know who's happy, who's drifting, and who you might still win back, before they ever hit cancel.
There's also a fully anonymous suggestion box for collecting ideas from users or your own team, separate from your main feedback flow.
