I started a repair business some time ago, and time is one of the most precious things... Having a tool that can update your customers live, without an app, and taking them through the entire journey while you just get to spend time fixing stuff... That would've been a tool I'd use! So I made it.
With a minor tweak, it actually works really well for all service-trades where an item comes to you, or you go to them too!
