Solo-built fitness tracker. Workouts adapt to your training age, not the calendar. Macro targets change by training day (push = high carb, rest = low carb). Real streaks — no freeze days. Free forever. No premium tier hiding the good stuff.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
Solo founder here — built FitForge alone over the last few months. No team, no VC, no co-founders. Just me, the code, and my training log.
Why I built it: Every fitness app I tried had the same three problems — workouts that reset every week, macros that ignored the actual training
day, and streaks that let you "freeze" skipped days. So I built the version I wanted to use.
The boring stuff that's actually the point:
• Workouts adapt to your training age (not the calendar)
• Macros change by training day (push = high carb, rest = low carb, pull = high protein)
• Streaks have no freeze days — you showed up or you didn't
The stack: Next.js 15, Supabase, Stripe. Free tier forever, no premium hiding the good stuff.
Ask me anything — about the build, the stack, the launch process, why I picked one feature over another, what I'd do differently. I'll be online all day.

Love that the macro logic actually shifts with the training day, that's a huge miss in most trackers. One thing I'd want is a quick export to my watch's workout screen, so I can see the prescribed sets and target weight mid-session without pulling my phone out between exercises.
Quick question for anyone who's tried FitForge today: which feature surprised you most — the macro rotation by training day, or the no-freeze streaks? I'm tracking which one resonates to decide what to ship next. Genuinely curious.
