Hey PH Community, Carlo here. Today we’re making FirstQuadrant available for the public! This one’s been a long time in the making.

Anand and I started working on this over 2.5 years ago (before ChatGPT was even released). And to be honest, it took a lot of fucking around and finding out. We spoke to over 300+ founders and heads of sales, rebuilt the product from scratch multiple times, and only after countless conversations did it finally click.

So today, we’re excited (and a bit nervous) to finally release FirstQuadrant to the public:

Let me give you a quick overview of what FirstQuadrant is and how it works.
FirstQuadrant is an AI-powered sales execution platform. But it’s important to clarify right away: we are not an AI agent or an AI SDR. In fact, we intentionally distance ourselves from that idea.

We don’t think LLMs— now or even in the future — are smart enough to fully manage something as complex and human as sales. It’s a process that needs empathy, nuance, and real human judgment.

That’s why our core design ethos is building human-centered AI.
Think of FirstQuadrant an AI sales assistant and not a replacement. A platform that works alongside your team. It’s built to help revenue teams move faster, stay more organized, and ultimately close more deals. By taking care of all the busywork they shouldn’t have to do in the first place.


The Problem:

Anand (CTO/CPO) is a technology entrepreneur, engineer, and designer. Previously, he founded the accessibility tech startup Oswald Labs and the fashion e-commerce company Melangebox at the age of 18. He has been recognized as a top open-source contributor, listed as a GitHub Star, and included in Forbes' 30 Under 30.

Carlo (CEO) is a Swiss-born serial entrepreneur. Before founding FirstQuadrant, he established a Swiss design agency at the age of 20 and bootstrapped it to over 40 employees and multiple millions in revenue. He has been recognized by the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award and listed in Forbes' 30 Under 30.

This looks really great. Exactly what I'm looking for. Very elegant. Does this potentially also remove the need for a CRM altogether for a small team (still founder led sales) or do you recommend using it with a CRM?

This works only for emails? What about analyzing sales calls and understanding the client behaviour to understand if we would need a follow up, or if the client is interested but need more time? Insights like these.
