To ensure your filings are processed on time, please confirm your order at least two business days before the IRS deadline. It’s OK if you don’t have all your tax info on hand — we just need basics like your business name and entity type to request an extension on your behalf. You can submit your financial details later on when we prepare your filing.

I logged into my Firstbase with a wrong Google account by mistake, and then I found that I could not log out or switch my account. So I had to wait several hours until my login session ended. Although this happened about one week ago, can you please fix this bug?
What I tried at that time:
- Close all browser windows
- Quit my browser (I was using Chrome)
- Clear my cookies
I knew using the incognito mode might work, but I think switching accounts should not be that troublesome for users...
